By appointment only. Hire collections start at 2:30pm on your booked date. Earlier collection may be arranged if crates are in stock. Return by 2:00pm on the agreed return date.
Self-collection and return are free. Local delivery and return pickup cost £30 each way within 10 miles of SG1 2NJ. Further than 10 miles? Delivery and collection are available at an extra cost—contact us before booking with your address and dates for a quote.
Proof of your new address
Please bring a copy of a tenancy agreement, completion letter, or recent utility or council-tax bill showing your name and new residential address. You may cover unrelated details, including financial information. We check and securely retain the copy for the duration of the hire, then securely destroy it when all hired equipment is returned. Proof is required before handover; contact us before booking if you cannot provide it.
